Description
Characterised by its narrow and charming streets with numerous taverns and tapas bars, the La Latina neighbourhood is the perfect option for those who wish to enjoy the character of the city on foot.
Two major tourist attractions in the area are the Royal Basilica of San Francisco El Grande, which has works by Goya, and the Church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower and is the second oldest in the city. In addition, every Sunday the neighbourhood becomes a key point for Madrilenians and visitors thanks to the renowned El Rastro flea market.
The apartment:
This bright 3-bedroom, 78 m² apartment, located on the second floor of a building with a lift, has a modern living room with a TV and a double sofa bed that also integrates the dining area. The spacious kitchen has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay, from oven and fridge to dishwasher.
It has 3 bright bedrooms thanks to their windows, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The apartment also has a full bathroom with a shower.
It has WiFi connection, heating in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during the winter, November-May) from 1pm to 11pm.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided at all times carefully. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
