La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift.
Entering, on the right-hand side, there is an open space with the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything needed for cooking; a tastefully decorated living room equipped with a sofa bed, and a nice seating area next to a dining area. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The sleeping area has four double bedrooms, three of them with double beds and one with two single beds.
It has two bathrooms with showers.
There is Wi-Fi, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during the winter, November-May) from 1pm to 11pm.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

In the Literary Quarter, known by this name due to its proximity to all the city\'s museums, one of the most charming areas of Madrid. Located on a very quiet street and a small building without a lift. This two-storey penthouse with a terrace is truly impeccable. With capacity for 10 people, it has 4 private bedrooms located on the upper floor, 2 of which have a double bed and the other two have 2 single beds each. The apartment has 3 fully equipped bathrooms with showers. All on the ground floor, divided between two large spaces: a spacious living room and a kitchen with a dining area. The renovation of the apartment has been a great success: designed especially for the comfort of the 10 guests, it has created spacious, bright and pleasant spaces.
