Located in La Latina, one of the most emblematic and traditional neighbourhoods in the centre of Madrid, characterised by its narrow and charming streets with numerous taverns and tapas bars.
Two major tourist attractions in the area are the Royal Basilica of San Francisco El Grande, which has works by Goya, and the Church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower and is the second oldest in the city. In addition, every Sunday the neighbourhood becomes a key point for Madrilenians and visitors thanks to the renowned El Rastro flea market.
Bright and spacious, welcoming and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Austrias invites you to stay as soon as you enter.
The apartment:
This bright apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and, thanks to its location within the property, it enjoys a lot of peace and quiet. The accommodation also has a beautiful private terrace that can be enjoyed with the family at any time of the day and which adds much more comfort and enjoyment to your stay in Madrid.
The apartment has three bedrooms with a double bed each and two full bathrooms with showers. The bright living room, which also incorporates the dining room for six diners, has a comfortable sofa, TV and direct access to the private terrace.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable experience, with high-end appliances such as a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and oven.
The building has a ramp access to the lobby and a concierge, and then step-free access to the apartment.
It has Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property, the heating hours will be from 13:00 to 23:00.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times carefully. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
