An unbeatable choice to enjoy Madrid
Bright and spacious, cozy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in Madrid de los Austrias invites you to linger as soon as you enter. The apartment is located in the basement of the building, but thanks to the inclination of the street, the house would be the equivalent of a ground floor, with access to a patio where you can enjoy with the family. Although it is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants and theaters, enjoy a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being in the interior of the building and its good insulation. Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighborhood in the city.
Apartment:
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable sofa in the bright and welcoming living room. From which you have access to a large terrace / patio with a dining table.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances and a large dining table.
The building has an access ramp to the portal and concierge and then access without steps to the apartment.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the property, the hours during the heating months will be from 13:00h to 23:00h.

With the aim of a good coexistence and respect for the neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
