An unbeatable choice to enjoy Madrid
Bright and spacious, welcoming and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Austrias invites you to stay as soon as you enter. The apartment is located in the basement of the building, but thanks to the slope of the street, the property would be like the equivalent of a ground floor, with access to a patio where you can enjoy with the family. Although it is located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a quiet and peaceful atmosphere thanks to being located in the interior of the building and its good insulation. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The apartment:
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, as well as the comfortable sofa in the bright and cosy living room. From which there is access to a large terrace/patio with a dining table.
The open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances and a large dining table.
The building has an access ramp to the entrance and a concierge, and then step-free access to the apartment.
Air conditioning in all facilities.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property, the heating hours in the months will be from 13:00 to 23:00
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
