The neighbourhood:
La Latina is a lively neighbourhood located on the site of a medieval Islamic fortress, a labyrinth of narrow streets with numerous tapas bars and taverns. The Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the Church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower, are two of the landmarks of the neighbourhood. On Sundays, both the El Rastro flea market and the cafes and street food stalls in the area are filled with visitors.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift. It has 4 spacious rooms with very comfortable double beds.
Entering, there is a modern open-plan living room with a dining area and the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, induction hob and everything needed for cooking. It has two full bathrooms with showers. The living room also has access to a beautiful terrace with a small table and chairs, where you can have a coffee.
There is WiFi, heating and air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property, the heating hours will be from 13:00 to 23:00.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided at all times carefully. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you will need the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
