This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, induction hob and everything you need to cook, and the living room, tastefully decorated and with a nice sofa next to the dining area. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The sleeping area has four double bedrooms, all with double beds.
It has three shower rooms.
There is Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property, the heating hours will be from 13:00 to 23:00.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park about 150 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.

Great location right near all that the La Latina neighborhood has to offer. The terrace was amazing! We fully enjoyed having the outdoor space. The only reason why it is a 4 star and not a 5 star is that one of the A/C units in one of the bedroomssee more

Estuvimos encantados en departamento, espacioso, con mucha luz. Es difícil encontrar algo tan comodo y bonito , sobretodo con una terraza amplia ( no tiene vista) , pero es cómodo Sina, 4 dormitorios amplios, tres baños, todo perfecto.
