It is a great central location due to its good connection to any point in Madrid, both by road, as it is very close to the NE access to the city, the A2, and by public transport, next to the interchange and metro station Avenida de America. A neighborhood originally popular that in recent years is being highly demanded by young people thanks to an interesting real estate offer, leisure, hospitality culture and good atmosphere. Very close to one of the most important study centers in the city, IE, which is attended by Master's students from all over the world. A residential area with everything within reach and safe. A very short distance from the Barrio de Salamanca or Chamartín.

A staircase on the right side as you enter the building leads up to the apartment on the fourth floor.
The apartment boasts a spotless design merging beauty, charm and comfort.
It comes with a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower. A double sofa bed is available in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with all the comforts of modern living: Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc ...

The apartment does not have private parking; however, public parking facilities can be found within 180 meters of the apartment.
