It is a great central location due to its good connection to any point in Madrid, both by road, as it is very close to the NE access to the city, the A2, and by public transport, next to the interchange and metro station Avenida de America. A neighborhood originally popular that in recent years is being highly demanded by young people thanks to an interesting real estate offer, leisure, hospitality culture and good atmosphere. Very close to one of the most important study centers in the city, IE, which is attended by Master's students from all over the world. A residential area with everything within reach and safe. A very short distance from the Barrio de Salamanca or Chamartín.

This apartment is located in a building with no lift that has been completely renovated in 2019. Great attention was paid to the original architectural features of the building, that were restored in keeping with tradition and classic Madrilenian style.
The apartment’s door is on the right side as you enter the building.

It comes with a mezzanine double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. Please note that the ceiling height on the mezzanine is 175 cm.
The living area is provided with a single sofa bed.
