This is an excellent central location due to its good connection to any point in Madrid, both by road, as it is very close to the NE access to the city, the A2, and by public transport, next to the Avenida de América interchange and metro station. A neighbourhood that was originally popular but in recent years has been in high demand by young people thanks to an interesting real estate, leisure, cultural and hospitality offering, and a good atmosphere. Very close to one of the city's most important study centres, the IE, which attracts Master's students from all over the world. A residential area with everything within reach and safe. Very close to the Salamanca or Chamartín neighbourhoods.

This apartment is located in a building without a lift that has been completely renovated in 2019. The renovation has made a great effort to preserve and highlight the original construction elements that are part of the tradition and charm of Madrid.
As you enter the building's entrance, the apartment is on the third floor up the stairs.
The apartment, characterised by an impeccable innovative design, surprises with its aesthetics, comfort and cosiness.
It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities: wifi, independent air conditioning and heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...
For a truly luxurious stay.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 180 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY This apartment is located in one of the most central neighbourhoods of Madrid, just a few steps from Atocha station, Delicias station and central Madrid. The good thing about this apartment is that you can walk to all the city\'s museums and to Atocha station, from which you can travel by train to many parts of Spain. Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are also very close. The apartment is very practical, it is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. It is an interior apartment, so it is a very quiet place to rest. As soon as you enter, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and everything you need to cook during your stay in Madrid. The living room has a double sofa bed. Que tenga dos baños es un punto a favor
Tiene el lidl a 2 pasos y dos paradas de metro, que te llevan al centro en 25 min, muy cerca.
