This one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate four people offers its guests a great atmosphere in an unbeatable location.
The bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. It has a beautiful double bed with a decorative headboard and has air conditioning.
The living-dining room is connected to the kitchen to make the most of the space. It has air conditioning and a window overlooking an interior courtyard.
The living room, which is spacious and bright, has a large sofa and a TV.
The kitchen is modern and functional and is equipped with all kinds of appliances and utensils.
The bathroom is spacious and modern.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift.
It has a WiFi connection.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. The apartment keys will be handed over directly at our offices on Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, local bajo, between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you arrive after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys.
Important: all check-ins between 9:00 pm and 2:00 am have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for private vehicles. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
