This apartment is located in a quiet little street between some of Madrid's main avenues, in a highly valued district and close to just about everything. It is surrounded by chic shops and lovely restaurants.
This apartment is a perfect example of how to maximize space in an otherwise compact accommodation and attain both comfort and stylish interior design.
The Apartment:
The apartment is on the ground floor and benefits from an inner courtyard as a terrace, with a canopy for privacy from neighbors but allowing for natural light to shine in. Enjoy this lovely and quiet outdoor area that has been tastefully decorated, with care placed in every possible detail.
The apartment sleeps four people and has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. It is a charming bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a work desk and even a flat screen TV.
The décor throughout the apartment is in white and light colours to create a feeling of more space. The living room is equally charming, with distinctive high ceilings and wood-coloured flooring, whilst the adjacent open-plan kitchen is very modern. Your eye will be drawn to a beautiful wooden beam in the middle of the room, between the kitchen and sofa bed. This apartment indulges your every whim. Special wine fridge, espresso coffee machine, dryer, dishwasher and Internet access. Simply a pleasure!
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 350 meters.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
