It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, all with 28cm viscoelastic mattresses.
For the comfort of the guests, the folding bunk beds give way to a large desk.
The living-dining room has a single sofa bed for the fifth occupant and also has a table for 6 diners.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and extended stay.
It has 1 modern and comfortable bathroom, with a large shower and an electric towel rail.
It also has a private patio, equipped with a breakfast area and a table for 4.
The apartment has fibre optic internet, air conditioning in all rooms and high-end viscoelastic mattresses.

Metro: Close to Embajadores (200m) - (line 3) and La Latina (400m) - (line 5) stations.
Public parking: 10m away (Casino de la Reina).
