Just metres away from Plaza de Santa Ana and Puerta del Sol, this property is located in a low-traffic area where walking and discovering Madrid will be a true delight. This area offers a wide range of culinary options, and many leisure and shopping options, as well as being very well connected to other parts of the city.
Likewise, this property is just a few minutes' walk from Madrid's tourist and cultural attractions such as the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park.
The apartment:
Accommodating up to three people, the accommodation is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and disabled access. Its cosy atmosphere, elegant marble floors and the modern character of its furnishings ensure a peaceful, comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests.
The living room has a TV, an elegant desk, a designer armchair, a sofa bed and a charming French-style balcony with an external view. The modern kitchen, which also has a high dining table with stools, has all the appliances and amenities necessary to ensure a comfortable stay.
The apartment has a great bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.
It has underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout.
A cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To note:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet access on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.

Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
