Just meters from Plaza de Santa Ana and Puerta del Sol, this property located in an area with little car traffic, where walking and getting to know Madrid on foot will be a true delight. This area offers a wide culinary offering, and many leisure and shopping options, in addition to being very well connected to other areas of the city.
Likewise, this property is located a few minutes walk from tourist and cultural points of Madrid such as the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park.
Apartment:
With capacity for three people, the accommodation is located on the third floor of a building that has an elevator and access for the disabled. Its cozy atmosphere, its elegant marble floors and the modern character of its furniture ensure a quiet, comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests.
The living room has a television, an elegant desk, a designer armchair, a sofa bed and a charming French-style balcony with exterior views. The modern kitchen, which also includes a high dining table with stools, has all the appliances and amenities necessary to ensure a comfortable stay.
The apartment has a wonderful room with a double bed, a comfortable bathroom with an en-suite bathtub and a toilet.
It has heating and air conditioning in all its rooms with underfloor heating and central air conditioning.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will in november, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with access restricted to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
