This property is located just a few metres from Plaza de Santa Ana and Puerta del Sol, in a pedestrian area where taking a stroll will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park are just a few minutes' walk away.
This area offers a wide range of culinary options, as well as many leisure and shopping options. Well connected to any part of the city.
The apartment:
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and disabled access.
It has two bedrooms and can accommodate six people. With sloping ceilings, spacious and cosy, it has all the amenities to ensure maximum comfort.
The master bedroom, with a double bed, has built-in wardrobes and a marble bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a large storage space.
The independent, modern and functional kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils and appliances, as well as a dining area.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and two comfortable armchairs for relaxing. In the dining area there is a nice round table.
The second bathroom has a shower cubicle.
Wi-fi, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.

Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
