The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift and disabled access.
Provided with one bedroom, a full bathroom and a guest bathroom, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Its spacious and welcoming rooms come with all the comforts of modern living.
The master bedroom is provided with a double bed and has access to an en-suite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. It overlooks an interior courtyard, which guarantees a restful night's sleep.
The kitchen is modern and comes with all the utensils and household appliances you may need during your stay. It is connected to the dining room, providing guests a comfortable and versatile space.
The living room has an outward-facing balcony, a sofa bed and a relaxing chaise longue. The dining area is equipped with a large table.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will in november, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.
