Description
This property is located just a few meters from Plaza de Santa Ana and Puerta del Sol, in a pedestrian area where walking will be a real delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park are just a few minutes' walk away.
This area offers a wide range of culinary options, as well as many leisure and shopping options. Well connected to any area of the city.
The apartment:
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building equipped with a lift and with disabled access.
It can accommodate 8 people and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious and cosy, it has all the amenities to ensure maximum comfort.
The master bedroom, with a double bed, has an en-suite marble bathroom with a hydromassage bath. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe to store all your belongings. The third bedroom is equipped with a 150cm double bed.
All these rooms overlook an inner courtyard, to ensure rest.
The kitchen is independent of the other rooms, thus providing comfort and tranquility to the guests and has a large pantry.
The living room has a balcony to the outside and has two sofas, one of which is convertible into a bed, and a nice dining table.
The apartment has heating and air conditioning in all its rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.

Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
