This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a very well-known street where vehicular traffic is restricted and where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Plaza de Las Cortes and the Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide range of culinary options, with international restaurants and quality traditional tapas bars. Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by all the comforts.

The apartment:

The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautifully renovated building with a large and modern elevator with disabled access. It is completely exterior and has 3 large balconies overlooking the street.

Decorated with 1950s-inspired designer furniture and well-chosen iconic replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, home automation-controlled air conditioning in all rooms and high-quality insulation. All factors that make it a high-end accommodation. The vibrant colours of the decor, combined with wood, rugs and curtains, give a warm atmosphere.

Equipped with a double bedroom (150cm bed) and a living room with a double sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

The kitchen, located at the entrance, is very spacious, comfortable and modern. The bathroom, large and with a shower, is accessible from the living room.

The apartment has a complete set of kitchen utensils, washing machine, dishwasher and internet.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL Area with restricted access for private vehicles. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
