This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a well-known street with restricted vehicle traffic where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Plaza de Las Cortes, and Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide culinary selection, with international restaurants and traditional quality tapas bars. Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by all comforts.
The apartment:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautifully renovated building with a large, modern lift with disabled access. It is completely exterior and features 3 spacious street-facing balconies.
Decorated with design furniture inspired by the 50s and well-chosen iconic piece replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning controlled by home automation in all rooms, and high-quality insulation. All factors that make it a high-standing accommodation. The vibrant decoration colours, combined with wood, rugs, and curtains, bring warmth to the environment.
Equipped with a double bedroom (150cm bed) and a double sofa bed.
The kitchen, located at the entrance, is very spacious, comfortable, and modern. The bathroom, spacious with a shower, is accessible from the living room.
The apartment has a complete kitchen set, washing machine, dishwasher, and internet.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at least 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be done at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be done in November according to the protocols established by the community.
To be considered:
Important: For bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: To ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Las ventanas tienes problemas de aislación del ruido. Yo supuse que los otros huéspedes eran muy quejosos. Pero es imposible dormir sin tapones para los oídos. Por casualidad, teníamos. No es algo que nosotros usemos/llevemos. Tendrían que hacer versee more

Nos ha gustado que estaba cerca del centro , estaba muy limpio, tienes lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones.
Se les olvidó dejarme una cuna, pero llame y al rato un chico me la trajo . Tiene tabla de planchar, tendedero, secador, te dejan jabón desee more

Tiene tabla de planchar, tendedero, secador, te dejan jabón de cortesía igual que un par de pastillas de lavavajillas y de lavadora , la ropa la tendias por la noche y cuando te levantabas estaba seca , ya que la calefacción siempre ha estado encendida que se estaba súper agusto. Tienen más pisos en el mismo bloque que es ideal si viajas con más familia que ese fue mi caso . A nosotros nos fue bien el abrir con la aplicación, no tuvimos ningún problema. |
