This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a very well-known street where vehicular traffic is restricted and where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Plaza de Las Cortes and the Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide range of culinary options, with international restaurants and quality traditional tapas bars. Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by all the comforts.
The apartment:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautifully renovated building with a large and modern elevator with disabled access. Decorated with 1950s-inspired designer furniture and well-chosen iconic replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, home automation-controlled air conditioning in all rooms and high-quality insulation. The vibrant colours of the decor, combined with wood, rugs and curtains, give the space a warm atmosphere.
Accommodating up to 5 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has a single bed. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes.
The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom has a large shower.
A cot is available upon request, with a maximum of 5 days' notice.
The switch from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the switch from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: for bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
