Description
This apartment is located in Chueca, one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Madrid due to its fantastic location, restaurants, bars and fashion shops. From here, you can walk to such iconic places as Gran Vía or Puerta del Sol.
The apartment:
This fantastic two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate six people offers its guests a most pleasant stay. Renovated in January 2020, it has a nice decor in light colours.
One room has a double bed and a large wardrobe, and the other has a double bed.
The bathroom, modern and functional, has a shower.
The living room with integrated kitchen is spacious and bright. It is equipped with a dining table and a sofa bed. The kitchen has everything you might need.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in the living room.
To be aware of:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. The apartment keys will be handed over directly at our offices on Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, local bajo, between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you arrive after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys.
Important: all check-ins between 9:00 pm and 2:00 am have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for motor vehicles. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
