In the Chueca neighbourhood, one of the most cosmopolitan and sought-after areas of the city, located right in the centre of Madrid. A stone's throw from Gran Vía and Cibeles Square. An unbeatable location to enjoy a few days or a long stay in this city that has so much to offer.
The apartment:
This apartment is located in an old building: from the entrance hall, you access an inner courtyard with two staircases; going up the right-hand staircase leads to the lift that takes you to the apartment. After reaching the top floor, you need to climb a few more stairs that lead to the building's attic.
Renovated with care and attention to the smallest detail, this 25m2 dwelling maximises light and space to offer guests maximum comfort. It can accommodate a total of 4 people: two on the sofa bed in the ground floor living room and two in the bedroom on the upper floor.
The ground floor is an open space that integrates living room, kitchen and dining area. By climbing metal stairs, you access the bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, and a spacious bathroom with shower.
The open layout of spaces on both floors provides brightness and spaciousness, creating at the same time an elegant and cosy atmosphere.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at least 5 days in advance.
It has air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
When exiting the lift, you need to climb one floor via stairs to reach the accommodation.

Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Key handover will be done directly at our offices at Augusto Figueroa Street 4, ground floor, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
If arriving after 7:00 PM, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for key handover.
Important: All check-ins between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions provided at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.
MIT House is not responsible for any delays in apartment entry for not having carried out this prior process.
Apartment access: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
