Located in the north of the city, Valdeacederas is currently one of the most developed areas of Madrid, thanks to its strategic proximity to the metro and bus interchange at Plaza de Castilla, the tranquility it offers its residents and its interesting real estate and commercial offer.
This area of the city is also very close to important areas such as Chamartín and Tetuán, has good communication with the M-30 motorway and the city centre by public transport (with different buses and the Ventilla and Valdeacederas metro stations just minutes away) and is located very close to La Vaguada, one of the most important shopping centres in Madrid.
The apartment:
This cosy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, has an independent entrance from the side of the property and can accommodate up to two guests.
Its modern decor with avant-garde design offers a comfortable atmosphere throughout the accommodation. The wonderful living room, which also integrates the fully equipped practical kitchen, has a Smart TV, an elegant dining table and a comfortable sofa.
The apartment has a large bathroom with a shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, which also has access to a private terrace, ideal for enjoying at any time of the day.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The apartment has air conditioning in all spaces.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
