This cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate up to four guests.

The lower floor integrates the living room and kitchen, providing comfort and practicality to the space. The living room has a Smart TV, an elegant dining table for four people and a comfortable sofa bed with capacity for two people.
On the upper floor is the large bathroom with shower and the bright room with a double bed that also has access to a private terrace, ideal to enjoy at any time of the day.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Respect: in order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
