It comes with two bedrooms: a double with a spacious built-in wardrobe and outward-facing balcony, and a twin facing a quiet interior courtyard.
The kitchen is integrated in a large living/dining room ensuring maximum comfort. The living/dining area is provided with a sofa bed and a spacious dining table. The kitchen comes complete with everything you may need, including a lovely breakfast bar. Two large balconies overlooking the street flood the room with natural light.
The modern bathroom comes with a spacious shower for relaxing after a long day sightseeing.
The building is equipped with lift, heating, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
