This apartment is located very close to the iconic Puerta del Sol, a must-see and the perfect area for shopping days and to enjoy the gastronomic and leisure offer that this district offers. A few steps away is the Plaza Santa Ana, which is the beginning of many of the routes through the centre of Madrid.
The tenants of this apartment will be able to enjoy an area full of life and a good atmosphere.
The apartment:
It comfortably accommodates six people and is the perfect option for those looking for a central apartment without sacrificing design and functionality. It has been decorated with carefully selected furniture and high-quality materials.
It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, with a balcony to the outside, and another bedroom with two single beds that overlooks a quiet inner courtyard.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated into a single, spacious area for the comfort of the guests. It has a large dining table, a sofa bed, and the kitchen is fully equipped, as well as having a nice breakfast bar. All of this with a beautiful light, provided by two large balconies to the street.
The bathroom is modern and practical, and has a large shower where you can relax.
The building has a lift, heating, air conditioning and of course, Wi-Fi connection.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.

The apartment is located above a bar and this bar operates until 2am every morning. I was staying in the apartment for work so i didn't sleep well as the noise kept me awake. Suggest you add double glazing or at least warn people about this noise. I see more
