The apartment:
This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people and provides the perfect accommodation to those looking for functionality, design and convenience in the centre of Madrid. It has been decorated with a careful selection of furniture and first-quality materials.
It comes with two bedrooms: a double with a spacious built-in wardrobe and outward-facing balcony, and a twin facing a quiet interior courtyard.
The kitchen is integrated in a large living/dining room ensuring maximum comfort. The living/dining area is provided with a sofa bed and a spacious dining table. The kitchen comes complete with everything you may need, including a lovely breakfast bar. Two large balconies overlooking the street flood the room with natural light.
The modern bathroom comes with a spacious shower for relaxing after a long day sightseeing.
The building is equipped with lift, heating, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.

Please note that due to our central location, the lively atmosphere of the surrounding area can occasionally bring with it the sounds of the city, particularly on weekends. This bustling environment is part of what makes staying here such an authentic Madrid experience.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard

The apartment is located above a bar and this bar operates until 2am every morning. I was staying in the apartment for work so i didn't sleep well as the noise kept me awake. Suggest you add double glazing or at least warn people about this noise. I see more

Suggest you add double glazing or at least warn people about this noise. I won't recommend the apartment to my colleagues based on how noisy it was, particularly from 10pm - 3/4am
