A quiet neighbourhood with long-standing residents surrounded by small shops, restaurants, cafes and all kinds of shops that may be needed.
Just a few steps from the Eva Perón park, a green area in the city centre with sports facilities accessible to everyone. Also close to the Plaza de las Ventas or the M-30 ring road. Ideal for all kinds of people

With capacity for 6 people in very well distributed spaces, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is the ideal option for a perfect stay.

It has 1 master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A bedroom with 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room.
These are fully equipped apartments down to the smallest detail. Air conditioning throughout the house for heating and cooling, independent gas central heating and hot water. Equipped with wifi, washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the necessary clothing and kitchen equipment.
Its exquisite and carefully designed decor inspired by the latest trends and colours will be the key to a happy stay.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
