With capacity for 6 people in very well distributed spaces, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is the ideal option for a perfect stay.

This apartment is on the fourth floor and has a private terrace accessed from the living room, which brings a lot of light to the property.
These apartments are fully equipped down to the last detail. Air conditioning throughout the house for heating and cooling, independent gas central heating and hot water. Equipped with wifi, washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the necessary clothing and kitchen equipment.

MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY This apartment is located in one of the most central neighbourhoods of Madrid, just a few steps from Atocha station, Delicias station and central Madrid. The good thing about this apartment is that you can walk to all the city\'s museums and to Atocha station, from which you can travel by train to many parts of Spain. Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are also very close. The apartment is very practical, it is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. It is an interior apartment, so it is a very quiet place to rest. As soon as you enter, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.
