Located in the Salamanca district, one of the most sought-after and safe in the center of Madrid, close to most places of tourist interest, in a commercial and leisure area. Close to "the Golden Mile", where you will find the most exclusive shops in Madrid. Ideal to enjoy the city during short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure. The apartment: It is located in the basement level (you have to go down 1 floor by stairs) of the building, it has a wonderful patio and has capacity for 7 people. Designed and equipped to make optimal use of space and offer the utmost in comfort, it is furnished with upmarket furniture throughout. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with two bunk beds, all with 28 cm memory-foam mattresses. Please note you need to cross the room with the folding beds to get to the main bedroom. There are folding beds in the living room that turn into a good-sized desk. There is also a single sofa bed for a seventh guest. The dining area has a table that seats seven people. The kitchen, in part of the living-dining room, is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you’ll need during your stay. It has two comfortable modern bathrooms, one en-suite, both with spacious, temperature-controlled showers, 450 litres of hot water and an electric towel heater. The apartment is fitted with WIFI and air conditioning throughout. Transport: Metro: Right by the Avenida de America interchange. América (50 m) – (Lines 4, 6, 7 and 9) Public car park: Interchange 50 m away (Avenida de América, 11). The apartment is about 45m2. The crib is subject to availability. This is a building located very close to Bravo Murillo Street and Avenida de la Reina Victoria, which has an excellent location, especially for visitors staying in Madrid for a period of time, due to its proximity and good connection to the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the Orense financial district, where the iconic Picasso Tower is located; the Corte Inglés on Paseo de la Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres. This is a neighbourhood in full development with a lot of commercial offer and an impressive life where tradition and modernity are mixed. An excellent location for students, executives and also tourists. The Apartment: This apartment is located on the first floor and has the perfect capacity for 7 people. It has three beautiful bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed, and also has two full bathrooms with showers. The cosy living room shares the area with the dining room, which has a dining table for 6 people. The living room has a double sofa bed and a modern SmartTV. The kitchen, integrated with the living room, has a modern design and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The apartment has air conditioning with a heat pump (heating) in all rooms. This apartment does not have private parking, you can find public parking a short distance from the apartment. The building is undergoing renovation work inside. The cot is subject to availability. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
