A residential area of Madrid with a lot of tradition, central and very well connected to any part of the city. A quiet neighbourhood with long-time residents surrounded by small shops, restaurants, cafes and all kinds of shops that may be needed.
Just a few steps from the Eva Perón park, a green area in the city centre with sports facilities accessible to everyone. Also close to the Plaza de las Ventas or the M-30 ring road. Ideal for all kinds of people

With capacity for 7 people in very well distributed spaces, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is the ideal option for a perfect stay.
A high-quality product, with high-end design at a competitive price.
It is located on the ground floor of the building and has access to a bright interior patio.
It has 1 master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
These are fully equipped apartments down to the smallest detail. Air conditioning throughout the house for heating and cooling, independent gas central heating and hot water. Equipped with wifi, washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the necessary clothing and kitchen equipment.
Its exquisite and carefully designed decoration inspired by the latest trends and colours will be the key to a happy stay.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
