The Bernabeu Place apartments are located in the heart of Chamartín, one of the most fashionable districts in the north of the capital thanks to its distinguished gastronomic offering; important streets such as Paseo de la Castellana, Príncipe de Vergara and Paseo de La Habana; also the world-renowned Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the training base of Real Madrid.
This area also has outdoor spaces such as Parque Berlín, the Jardín de las Bellas Artes and the Parque de Alfonso XIII; impressive and modern office buildings such as the financial centre of the four towers.
Its strategic location allows for a quick and comfortable connection to the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the Plaza de Castilla bus interchange, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Vía). It is also close to Chamartín station, with regional and commuter train lines.
The apartment:
Cosy apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and can accommodate 4 people.
Its comfortable layout and modern design integrate the dining area, a modern American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances and a spectacular living room with a double sofa bed, smart TV and decorative elements that make the space enjoyable at any time of the day.
It has a spacious bedroom with a wardrobe and double bed, and a comfortable and modern full bathroom with a shower.
The property has internet access and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Refurbishment work will be carried out on the exterior of the property until spring 2025.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest period at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before arrival and follow the instructions provided carefully. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
