Renovation works will be carried out on the exterior and interior of the property until the end of the year.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be done at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be done in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The neighbourhood: Comfort, design and quality La Latina is a lively neighbourhood located on the site of a medieval Islamic fortress, a labyrinth of narrow streets with numerous tapas bars and taverns. The Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the Church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower, are two of the landmarks of the neighbourhood. On Sundays, both the El Rastro flea market and the cafes and street food stalls in the area are filled with visitors. This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones.
