The Bernabeu Exclusive apartments are located in the heart of Chamartín, one of the trendiest districts in the north of the capital thanks to its distinguished gastronomic offering; important streets such as Paseo de la Castellana, Príncipe de Vergara and Paseo de La Habana; also the world-renowned Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the training base of Real Madrid.
This area also has outdoor spaces such as Parque Berlín, the Jardín de las Bellas Artes and the Parque de Alfonso XIII; imposing and modern office buildings such as the financial centre of the four towers.
Its strategic location allows for a quick and comfortable connection to the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the Plaza de Castilla bus interchange, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Vía). It is also close to Chamartín station, with regional and commuter train lines.
The apartment:
This charming apartment with capacity for 8 people is located on the third floor of a building with a lift.
Its comfortable layout and modern design integrate the dining area and a spectacular living room with a double sofa bed, smart TV and decorative elements that make the space enjoyable at any time of the day.
The apartment has a modern, independent American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances.
It has three bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with double beds, one of which has a cosy private balcony. The accommodation also has two modern, fully equipped bathrooms and a toilet, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The property has internet access and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Refurbishment works will be carried out inside the property until Spring 2025.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest period at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
