It has two bedrooms with double beds: the main one with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom, comfortable and bright, on a second floor or loft with a second full bathroom external to the bedroom.
The living room opens to a private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors and dining in the evenings with the smell of jasmine.
With WIFI and aerothermal system for heating and air conditioning, comfort is guaranteed at any time of the year.
The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of EUR 50, which must be paid in cash.
