Cortes is a nucleus of art and literary culture. One of the most privileged neighborhoods in the center of Madrid. The apartment is fantastically located less than five minutes from Plaza de Cibeles. In the heart of a part of Madrid where the most upscale buildings from the 1920s are located (Bank of Spain, Círculo de Bellas Artes…). In the Barrio de las Letras, Calle Huertas is lined with quotes from former residents, such as Cervantes and Lope de Vega, whose house is now a museum. Nearby, the tree-lined Paseo del Prado leads to the famous Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. There are tapas bars with crowded terraces in the Plaza de Santa Ana.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will in november, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Modern and comfortable, just a few minutes from Azca- Financial District Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a long tradition. This is a building located very close to Bravo Murillo Street and Avenida de la Reina Victoria, which has an excellent location, especially for visitors staying in Madrid for a period of time, due to its proximity and good connection to the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the Orense financial district, where the iconic Picasso Tower is located; the Corte Inglés on Paseo de la Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres. This is a neighbourhood in full development with a lot of commercial offer and an impressive life where tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Mercado de Maravillas, one of the largest food markets in Europe where many of the best chefs in the city acquire their products.
