Cortes is a nucleus of art and literary culture. One of the most privileged neighborhoods in the center of Madrid. The apartment is fantastically located less than five minutes from Plaza de Cibeles. In the heart of a part of Madrid where the most upscale buildings from the 1920s are located (Bank of Spain, Círculo de Bellas Artes…). In the Barrio de las Letras, Calle Huertas is lined with quotes from former residents, such as Cervantes and Lope de Vega, whose house is now a museum. Nearby, the tree-lined Paseo del Prado leads to the famous Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. There are tapas bars with crowded terraces in the Plaza de Santa Ana.

The apartment has a spacious living room in which a comfortable double sofa bed has been arranged, so that there is a capacity for 6 people. The independent kitchen is of great design and is fantastically equipped with everything you need: washing machine, induction hob, microwave, and any small appliance you may need.
With an area of 60 square meters, this fabulous apartment has a very good distribution. The room, with an en-suite bathroom, is spacious, equipped with a huge built-in wardrobe and a great quality double bed, essential for a good rest. The apartment is exterior and all daylight is used. Of course, very well thought out, the other room with two single beds overlooks an interior patio so it is very quiet. The windows are climalit, noise-proof and sudden changes in temperature.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will in november, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard

The apartment is very convenient to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It is in a busy area but remarkably quiet inside the apartment because of the layout of the building. The automated entry app worked fine for us, but it is best to see more

The automated entry app worked fine for us, but it is best to set it up before arrival. The apartment was very clean and appeared to be very recently renovated. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay.
