It is very well connected to all parts of the city; both to the northern area, through Calle Príncipe de Vergara or Calle 30 that surrounds Madrid, and to the historic centre, thanks to the nearby Parque de las Avenidas metro stop.
The apartment is located in a very pleasant residential area, equipped with all the services you may need during your stay: good supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc.

Its pleasant decor, quality and the tranquility that can be felt in its rooms make it perfect for a getaway as well as for stays of months.
It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living-dining room and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The living room has a sofa bed.
The bathroom has a shower.
It has a spacious living-dining room and is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi internet and air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
