This apartment is located in one of the most central neighbourhoods of Madrid, just a few steps from Retiro Park and central Madrid.
You can enjoy a perfect location just a few steps from the Pacifico and Atocha metro stations.
From the apartment, you can walk to all the city's museums and to Atocha station, from where you can travel by train to many parts of Spain. Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are also very close.
The apartment is very practical, characterised by a very careful design and high-quality materials, and is located on the third floor of the building with a lift.
As soon as you enter, you'll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen that communicates with the bright living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything you need to cook.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with a beautiful design. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds, perfect for a family with children or for friends.
The magnificent apartment has two bathrooms with brand new shower trays.
There is Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
Please note:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
