This apartment is located in one of the most central neighbourhoods of Madrid, just a few steps from Atocha station, Delicias station and central Madrid.
The good thing about this apartment is that you can walk to all the city's museums and to Atocha station, from which you can travel by train to many parts of Spain. Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are also very close.
The apartment is very practical, it is located on the first floor of a building with a lift. It is an interior apartment, so it is a very quiet place to rest.
As soon as you enter, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and everything you need to cook during your stay in Madrid. The living room has a double sofa bed.
The apartment has two double bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed with a base and a full bathroom with a shower. The maximum capacity of the property is 6 people.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
There is Wifi connection and heating in all rooms. It does not have air conditioning.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
