This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a very well-known street where vehicular traffic is restricted and where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Plaza de Las Cortes and the Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide range of culinary options, with international restaurants and quality traditional tapas bars. Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by all the comforts. The apartment: The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a beautifully renovated building with a large and modern elevator with disabled access. Decorated with 1950s-inspired designer furniture and well-chosen iconic replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, home automation-controlled air conditioning in all rooms and high-quality insulation. The vibrant colours of the decor, combined with wood, rugs and curtains, give the space a warm feel. Accommodating up to 8 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, private bathroom and window overlooking the courtyard; the second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the interior terrace. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes. The living/dining room has direct access to the interior terrace and is equipped with two double sofa beds. The independent kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay. One bathroom has a large shower and the other a comfortable bathtub. A cot is available upon request, with a maximum of 5 days\' notice. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community. To be aware of: Important: for bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed. Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market. The apartment: This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, induction hob and everything you need to cook, and the living room, tastefully decorated and with a nice sofa next to the dining area. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace. The sleeping area has four double bedrooms, all with double beds. It has three shower rooms. There is Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property, the heating hours will be from 13:00 to 23:00. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park about 150 metres from the apartment. The cot is subject to availability.
