Just a few minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor or the Reina Sofía Museum, all of which are must-see visits in the city. Visitors will find everything they need within reach. The best gastronomic offer of restaurants and an excellent tapas route, a great leisure offer with original version cinemas just 5 minutes' walk away, and thousands of cafes and shops.
The Apartment:
Located in a renovated building from the 1950s, in which all its apartments are dedicated to short stays, making it also ideal for large groups. Designed, renovated and decorated to the highest quality for an impeccable stay. Equipped with everything necessary for maximum comfort. Lift, air conditioning, heating, WiFi internet, as well as complete kitchen equipment with all appliances.
The apartment has 2 independent bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers, a spacious living room with a dining area and a very comfortable open kitchen. It has a capacity for 6 people arranged in 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed.
Its decoration has been carried out applying aesthetic criteria adapted to the latest trends, with beautiful, comfortable and simple furniture. Combining colours through the furniture and construction materials. Highlighting important details such as the use of beautiful hydraulic floors in the bathrooms and the hallway. The kitchens are of high quality and modern with the latest innovations. A great success.

Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
Central heating is subject to schedules set by the community. The schedules are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times carefully. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for motor vehicles. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
