Located on the banks of the Manzanares River, very close to Madrid Río, a huge park with a bike path and space for all kinds of outdoor activities, walking, playing sports, disconnecting, with the Antonio López shopping center and Matadero Museum next to it. , a space that hosts contemporary shows and exhibitions.

The living room is an open room that has fresh decoration, a sofa bed and a beautiful dining table.
The modern and bright independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, high-end appliances included: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, dryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
This wonderful apartment has two bathrooms, both have showers with screens.
The main room is very bright, has a window to the outside and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its closets. The second room, also with a window to the outside, has two single beds.
It has underfloor cooling and heating, an innovative system that avoids having to use radiators and air conditioners.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public parking within about 200 meters of the apartment.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.
