The Alcalá apartments are located in the Ventas neighbourhood, near the Plaza de Toros and right on Calle Alcalá, the main artery of the district which, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores.
Ciudad Lineal is a large district full of services, shops and cafes. A neighbourhood that is lived on foot, with great commercial activity where everything is close and everything is possible.
Among other places of interest, it has the always lively Plaza de Quintana, the Calero Park, the Alcalá Norte shopping centre and the Pablo Neruda library very close by. Tradition and avant-garde coexist in this core of urban transformation.
The constant development of this area has made it the location of important television production studios, large administrative centres and major companies. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reach Gran Vía or La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just a few minutes and in a direct line.
All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city for short stays and for months.
The apartment:
Located on the fifth floor, this cosy apartment with capacity for 4 people, has one bedroom, a living room, and a full bathroom with a shower. The magnificent and well-distributed living room consists of a dining area and a rest area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.
Likewise, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and various appliances.
The bedroom is spacious and cosy, with a comfortable double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.
The apartment has a fully furnished terrace.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
