Just a few minutes' walk from the Paseo de la Castellana, one of the main arteries of the city, the Abascal apartment enjoys a privileged location in a residential area with shops, places to practise any kind of sport, restaurants and bars. Here you can start the day with an energising breakfast, enjoy the afternoon on a terrace or dine in a magnificent high-end restaurant.
A quiet apartment located on Calle Modesto Lafuente, almost on the corner of Calle José Abascal, close to metro lines 1, 2, 7 and 10 and numerous bus lines.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, limpio , amplio y en una buena localización. La zona dispone de muchos servicios como farmacia. Panadería etc y un Parking muy cerca y no caro. Es muy cómodo y bonito .
