Charming and modern, a few minutes from the Financial District
Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighborhood in the north of the city with a lot of tradition. It is a building located very close to Calle Bravo Murillo and Avenida de la Reina Victoria, which has a great location, especially for those visitors who come to Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university city; the Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Torre Picasso, an emblematic skyscraper of the city, is located; the English Court of the Castilian, the largest and most complete in Spain; in addition to many other stores and shopping centers.
It is a neighborhood in full development with a lot of commercial offer and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Mercado de Maravillas, one of the largest food markets in Europe where many of the best chefs in the city buy their products. An excellent location for students, executives and also tourists.
Apartment:
This apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and has the perfect capacity for 8 people. It has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed, and two comfortable bathrooms with showers.
The cozy living room shares the area with the dining room, which has a table set for 6 people. The living room has a double sofa bed and a modern SmartTV. The kitchen, integrated with the living room, has a modern design and is fully equipped with all kinds of necessary appliances.
The apartment has cold air conditioning with heat pump (heating) in all rooms.
This apartment does not have private parking, you can find a public parking a short distance from the apartment.
The building presents remodeling works inside.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be at november in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Respect: For the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for the neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
