This home is rented for periods of up to 11 months and you must sign a seasonal rental contract.
Located next to the Plaza de Alonso Martínez and the Plaza de Santa Bárbara, between the neighborhoods of Justicia, Chueca and Chamberí, in one of the most sought-after streets in Madrid for its cosmopolitan atmosphere, the security it offers and the quality and great offer of its surroundings.
The apartment is located in a listed building in Madrid, known as “La Casa de los Lagartos”, a unique modernist building whose cornice is decorated with original sculptures of reptiles. A great choice at all levels.

Located on the first floor of this unique building with an elevator, the apartment stands out for its great light and large windows with very good insulation.
Entering the apartment we find a large living room with a modern design with a built-in kitchen and a long high bar as a dining table that separates the rooms. The sofa, convertible into a double bed, has been selected for its great aesthetics and comfort.
Next, the rest of the rooms are distributed in an orderly manner from the hallway. The main room has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and the other common bathroom, accessible from the hallway, has a shower. Both rooms have been tastefully decorated with the demanding client in mind.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that check-in between 21:00 and 02:00 carries an additional charge of EUR 50 in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with access restricted to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
